Come and worship with us on Trinity Sunday.
It’s Pentecost Sunday! Please wear red to celebration, even if you’re at home. The Ruling Elders will be burning down the house as our musical performers.
We are looking forward to a special performance by the Pacific Boys Choir. Pastor Ben will be preaching on the inclusivity of John 14.
This week we are blessed to have Clementina Chacon-Garcia preach and sing while Ben is away on retreat.
Christ is risen! We hope you can join us in person or online to celebrate the birth of our savior. The fabulous Barrelhouse Jazz Band will help us celebrate with their lively music.
Please join us for the last “regular” Sunday in Lent. We say “regular” because Sunday the second of April is still, technically, a Sunday in Lent, but it will be Palm Sunday, which sets it apart from the rest of the Sundays in Lent.
Don’t forget to set your clocks ahead for Daylight Savings Time. Everyone who gets to the church on time will be treated to Pastor Ben’s “profoundly heretical” sermon, which he is quite proud of. We’re sure it will be fantastic.
Today we welcome Rev. Elisabeth Middelberg, former chaplain at Piedmont Gardens, as our guest preacher. Rev Ben will be leading a retreat at Mission San Antonio.
Katie Kilby and Keith Geckeler will lead the celebration this week. Happy New Year to all!
This week, we will be treated to a very special performance of the Magnificat, with our choir, organ, and guest strings, in lieu of a sermon by Ben. If you are coming in person, please remember to wear your mask inside the sanctuary.
