- Next, Sari Kulberg will lead us in the Opening Response (David Adam, adapted)
- the opening hymn will be “Awake, My Soul, and with the Sun”
- next Sari will lead the Prayer for Peace and Reconciliation (St. Clement of Rome, adapted)
- Time with Children is next
- Invitations will be presented
- The Special Music will be Song Without Words Op.67 No. 1, “Meditation”; by Felix Mendelssohn (1809-1847)
- Bonnie will read from scripture: Romans 12:9 – 21
- Ben will offer a sermon,
- next we will sing the Hymn of Response, “Blest Be the Tie That Binds”

- Deborah Brooks will lead a God’s Work in the World, appreciating a few MPCers that have been sharing their talents with the church for decades

- the closing hymn will be “Lord, Make Us More Holy”,
- we will recite the Charge together
- a benediction will be offered
- followed by a postlude, “Holy, Holy, Holy” with “Lord, Make Us More Holy” by Thomas Canning (1911-1989)
The Charge (say together) Go out into the world in peace. Have courage; hold on to what is good. Return no one evil for evil. Strengthen the faint-hearted, support the weak, and help the suffering. Honor all people. Care for Creation. Love and serve God, rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit.
