Everyone will be on “mute” when they join the Zoom call. If you have questions or comments during the cvent, just click the Chat button at the bottom of your Zoom screen. You’ll be able to chat with Everybody or with a specific attendee.
When Zoom launches, it might be on Gallery view (that’s when you can see lots of small videos instead of one large one). For best results during this event, click the button in the top right corner of Zoom to switch to Speaker view. The button looks different depending on your computer type, but it may look like this:
