The MPC Auction Committee is delighted to offer a special 3-night getaway to the vacation home of Jean Roggenkamp and Todd Miller, near Groveland, CA. This item is offered only to the MPC Family, and isn’t included in the main auction catalog.
Nestled in the foothills along Hwy 120, this quiet retreat is only a 30-minute drive to the northwest gateway to Yosemite National Park, and an hour to the valley floor, making it perfect for a day trip into the Park.
Its lovely back deck–surrounded by pines, cedars and oaks–offers a perfect spot to savor your morning coffee or sip a glass of wine while dining al fresco. From there you can watch the local deer, jack rabbits, and wild turkeys, and delight in the music of songbirds.
This spacious home sleeps up to 11 people in 5 comfortable bedrooms: four with queen-sized beds and one with three twins.
Notes: The house is on safe well water. It has a mineral taste so you may want to use bottled water for drinking. The house has no internet connection, but cell phones work fine for calling or creating a hot spot. The TV is suitable for DVDs only (no streaming or cable) and a DVD library is available for use, along with board games and jigsaw puzzles. No pets, please. The house is NOT located in the Pine Mountain Lake community. This item expires in October 2022.
Advanced reservations are currently required to enter Yosemite Park at https://www.recreation.gov/ticket/facility/300015.
Don’t miss this unique opportunity for wonderful change of scenery at this welcoming and comfortable home!
Many thanks to Jean and Todd for this generous gift to MPC.
