Celebration Worship Service, May 24th

As we head into a beautiful Memorial Day Weekend and our hearts long for the gatherings, parties, and remembrance ceremonies of previous years, we hope you will join us for church online. Our new ritual is to gather on Sunday mornings on YouTube for worship, and zoom for coffee hour.

You can submit comments and prayer requests via our Comments Form at mpcfamily.org/comments . We’d love to hear from you!

If you are visiting today, we hope you’ll fill out our online Visitor Card at mpcfamily.org/hello .

Lyrics to “Over My Head”

  1. Over my head, I hear music in the air (x3)
There must be a God somewhere.
  2. Over my head, I hear singing in the air…
  3. Over my head, I hear trouble in the air…
  4. Over my head, I hear gladness in the air…

Please know that next week (May 31st) will be a very special Pentecost celebration! We’re working on montage videos, DIY home decorations, and a thank you and goodbye to Dolores who will be leaving her role as Master Godly Play Teacher that day. We hope you’ll look forward to it with us.

The Charge (say together) Go out into the world in peace. Have courage; hold on to what is good. Return no one evil for evil. Strengthen the faint-hearted, support the weak, and help the suffering. Honor all people. Love and serve God, rejoicing in the power of the Holy Spirit.

At 11 AM on Sunday please join us for family hour on Zoom (please email Rev. Ben or email Rev. Talitha for the password) and on Wednesday at noon, please feel free to join the pastor’s Bible study on Zoom
