Sunday, December 1st, 10am ─ First Sunday of Advent
We began the joyous season of Advent with the first lighting of the Advent Wreath and music from the Montclair Presbyterian Church choir.

Sunday, December 8th, 10 am ─ Second Sunday of Advent
Don’t miss a festive Sunday featuring the Advent Wreath and music from the Montclair Presbyterian Church choir.

Thursday, December 12th ─ Montclair Holiday Stroll
Drop by the MPC table in the Kids Zone at the stroll in downtown Montclair. We’ll bring the supplies for ornament making; kids bring the creativity!

Friday, December 13th, 7:30pm — Holiday Choral Performance
Our church hosts a holiday performance by our friends at the Oakland Gay Men’s Chorus. Learn more at oaklandgmc.org/tickets

A lively Sunday morning featuring a Christmas presentation by the children of MPC.

Tuesday, December 17th, 7 pm ─ Christmas Carol Sing-along
Join us in the MPC sanctuary as we sing carols together. You choose the songs!

Wednesday, December 18th, 7 pm ─ Taizé Meditation Service: “The Darkest Night”
Take a break from the holiday bustle to sit in silence, grieve the losses of those who will not be present during the holidays, and fix your heart upon the deeper meanings of the season.

Sunday, December 22nd, 10 am ─ Fourth Sunday in Advent
Join the MPC Choir and a classical chamber ensemble for a performance of two Christmas works: Christmas Day by Gustav Holst and A Christmas Fantasia by Ralph Vaughan Williams.

Tuesday, December 24th, 5:30 and 9 pm ─ Christmas Eve Services
5:30 pm: A family-friendly, full choir & pipe organ service of Lessons and Carols (this service will also be available via live stream).
9 pm: Contemplative Christmas by candlelight with communion served (this service will not be live streamed)
