Up for the Yule Feast !!
The dinner and festivities cost only $18. (early pay) / $20. (late pay) Adults, $12. (early pay) / $14. (late pay) Children/Youth. ~ or a new option ~ Earlybird Family of 4 Discount Pass $50.00 (2 adults and 2 children/youth).
Since the Yule Feast is such a popular event, this mailing is sent only to members and those involved in our life. Please complete the reservation/committee signup card, attach your check and return it to the church promptly. Reservations cannot be made without payment and will not be accepted after Sunday, January 3, 2010.
Seats will be assigned in the order of receipt of paid reservations and your table location will be posted on a chart the night of the Yule Feast. Groups that would like to sit together MUST submit reservation cards at the same time, listing all names, as well as the total amount of payment.
Since space is at a premium, we will give priority only to those families and individuals receiving this letter. Single persons may bring a guest. Reservations are non-transferable. If you find that you cannot attend, contact us for a refund.
Children will be seated with their parents in the sanctuary, except for teenagers who will be seated at one table together, unless otherwise requested. Parents bringing children should note that since dinner begins after 6 p.m. children may want to eat a snack before leaving home. Nursery childcare and dinner (in the nursery, if needed) will be available for children 5 and under by reservation - $8.00 including meal. (early reservation please). Please note on your reservation card if you will need the nursery childcare.
