Pacific Boychoir presents: Salut Printemps: A Celebration of Earth Through Song

Saturday, April 22nd @ 4pm and 7pm

The GRAMMY-winning Pacific Boychoir (including our own Brendan Singer and Marcia Roy!) presents an Earth Day concert at MPC celebrating Spring, creation, and the elements. 19th and 20th Century sacred and secular, treble and mixed-voice choral pieces pervade the program. Works such as “Salut Printemps” by Debussy, hymns by Holst from the Rig Veda, “Abendlied” by Rheinberger, “Wasserfahrt” by Mendelssohn, and “Hymn to St. Cecilia” by Britten. Modern-day music, from the pastorals to spirituals, round out the program. 60 men and boys—soprano, alto, tenor, and bass—bring the blossoming of the season with music and passion.  To purchase tickets: http://www.pacificboychoir.org   For 10% off use discount code PBAFriend10
